Sebi to caution investors against PACL

50 करोड़ की ठगी का खुलेगा राज, पीएसीएल का प्रमुख दिल्ली सीबीआई के हत्थे चढ़ा

राजधानी समेत प्रदेश भर के दस हजार से ज्यादा निवेशकों से 50 करोड़ रुपए की धोखाधड़ी का राज अब खुलने वाला है। दरअसल पीएसीएल चिटफंड कंपनी के चेयरमैन समेत तीन अन्य जालसाजों को सीबीआई की टीम ने दिल्ली में गिरफ्तार किया है। इसकी जानकारी रायपुर पुलिस को मिली है। पुलिस अब ठगी के शिकार निवेशकों और कंपनी के दस्तावेजों को एकत्र कर उसे सीबीआई को सौंपने की तैयारी कर रही है। अफसरों का कहना है कि जरूरत पड़ने पर जालसाजों को ट्रांजिट रिमांड पर रायपुर लाया जाएगा। PACL (Pearl Agrotech Corporation Limited)

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has received complaints that PACL (Pearl Agrotech Corporation Limited) continues to collect money from investors, defying the market regulator’s ban.

The market regulator, also entrusted with the responsibility of cracking down on illicit money collection schemes, plans to issue an advisory, cautioning investors against investing in schemes offered by the Delhi-based company.
