पर्ल्स कंपनी के निवेशको में रोष


मध्य प्रदेश – प्रदेश में लंबे समय से चिटफंड कंपनी की तरह काम कर रही पर्ल्स एग्रोटेक कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (PACL) कंपनी ने हजारों निवेशकों से एकमुश्त और किस्तों में करोड़ों रुपए एकत्र किए। तरह-तरह के लालच देकर जमा किए इन रुपयों को जब लौटाने का वक्त आया तो कंपनी आनाकानी कर रही है। इस फर्जीवाड़े के एक-दो नहीं, बल्कि हजारों लोग शिकार हुए हैं। अब कंपनी लोगों के मूल दस्तावेज भी नहीं लौटा रही है।




गाढ़ी कमाई डूब गई




कंपनी ने ग्राहकों से पैसे लेने के दौरान उन्हें अलग-अलग तरह से डील किया। किसी को बताया कि इन पैसों से आपको प्लॉट दिया जाएगा तो किसी को बताया कि आपका बीमा किया गया है। कई लोगों ने इस शर्त पर रुपए दिए थे कि उन्हें निश्चित समय बाद एकमुश्त मोटी रकम लौटाई जाएगी। लेकिन, अपनी गाढ़ी कमाई के रुपए जमा करने वालों को न तो जमीन-प्लॉट मिले और न ही पैसा रिफंड हुआ। ग्राहकों के रुपयों से कंपनी ने सीहोर में करीब 300 एकड़ जमीन खरीदी थी। जब हजारों ग्राहकों की पॉलिसियां, एफडी आदि मैच्योर हुईं तो उन्हें न तो जमीन मिली और न ही जमा किया धन।




कंपनी पैसे देने को तैयार नहीं




मैं कंपनी के लिए बतौर एजेंट काम करता था। मेरे जरिए करीब 30 लाख रुपए कंपनी में जमा हुए। जिनके पैसे मैंने लगवाए थे, वे मुझसे पैसे मांग रहे हैं। कंपनी वाले पैसे देने को तैयार नहीं हैं।

अब हम क्या करें


वर्ष 2003 से हम पैसे जमा कर रहे हैं। पॉलिसी की अवधि पूरी हो गई, लेकिन अब पैसे नहीं दे रहे हैं। हम एक साल से कंपनी के दफ्तर में चक्कर काट रहे हैं, लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही। अब क्या करें?

बहाना बना रहे हैं

हमने छह साल पहले करीब 500 रुपए मासिक की पॉलिसी ली थी। पांच साल के बाद पॉलिसी मैच्योर हो गई, लेकिन अब तक रुपए नहीं लौटाए हैं। हमेशा बहाना बनाकर टाल देते हैं।

हमने चीटिंग नहीं की


हमने रियल एस्टेट बिजनेस के लिए लोगों से बुकिंग ली है। लेकिन सेबी ने हमारे खाते सीज कर रखे हैं, इसलिए हम उन्हें रिफंड नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। हमने किसी के साथ कोई चीटिंग नहीं की है। हमारी कंपनी ने चिटफंड जैसा कोई भी काम नहीं किया है। हम लोगों को उनकी रकम लौटाने या उसके बदले प्लॉट देने को तैयार हैं। लेकिन जब तक कोर्ट और सेबी से हमें अनुमति नहीं मिल जाती, हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते हैं। इंद्रजीत पटेल, कस्टमर सर्विस सेंटर इंचार्ज, पीएसीएल इंडिया लि.
