पीएसीएल चिटफंड कंपनी : कोर्ट में पलट गया गवाह, कंपनी व आरोपियों को भी नहीं पहचाना


पीएसीएल चिटफंड कंपनी मामले में सोमवार को एक गवाह पलट गया। गवाह धर्मेंद्र राजपूत ने पुलिस के समक्ष कहा था कि उसने पीएसीएल में एक लाख रुपए जमा किया है और 6 महीने में दोगुना करने का भरोसा दिया था, लेकिन कोर्ट में उसने कहा कि न तो उसने कंपनी का नाम सुना है और ना ही किसी कंपनी में पैसा जमा किया है। वह आरोपियों को भी नहीं पहचानता है

वर्ष 2011 में इंदरगंज पुलिस ने पीएसीएल कंपनी के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया था। निवेशकों ने थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी कि पीएसीएल चिटफंड कंपनी ने धन दोगुना करने का भरोसा दिया था, लेकिन जब पैसे लेने पहुंचे तो उन्होंने देने से मना कर दिया। धर्मेंद्र राजपूत ने आवेदन दिया था कि उसने 25-25 हजार की चार किस्तें पीएसीएल कंपनी में जमा की थीं। 6 महीने में धन को दोगुना करने का भरोसा दिया था। जब किस्त पूरी जमा हो गई और छह महीने बीत गए तो वह पैसे लेने कंपनी के पास गया, लेकिन कंपनी ने उसे देने से मना कर दिया।


पुलिस ने उसके बयान दर्ज कर गरमीत, सुखदेव, भट्टाचार्य के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया। ये तीनों आरोपी तिहाड़ जेल दिल्ली में बंद हैं। दिल्ली पुलिस ने तीनों आरोपियों की सोमवार को कोर्ट में पेशी कराई और अभियोजन ने धर्मेंद्र राजपूत की गवाही। उससे सवाल किए गए तो वह गवाही से पलट गया। उसने कहा कि वह कंपनी के बारे में भी नहीं जानता है।

ज्ञात हो कि इस मामले के ज्यादातर गवाह पलट रहे हैं, जिसका आरोपी को फायदा मिल सकता है। लोक अभियोजक जगदीश शर्मा का कहना है कि गवाही पलटने पर कोर्ट में एक आवेदन पेश किया जाएगा, जिससे उस पर कार्रवाई हो सके।
